  • You inform the technical support regarding any kind of cancellation within 30 days of subscription
  • Any service you receive during a period of promotions on discounted rates will not be refunded
  • To get a full refund for your request, you must meet the requirements available on our site
  • A refund policy states that we hold the right not to pay your money back in case the request is made after 24 hours of invoice creation. The cancellation request is only acceptable within the specified time period.
  • We clearly state that a complete amount will be credited to your account if our technical support will fail to resolve the roku issue of any device.
  • A refund request will also be considered in case of any kind of delay from our side or we fail to meet the deadlines.

There can a be a situation, where your problem is completely resolved but still you ask for a refund. This is to bring to your notice that any such request will not be entertained and no refund will be provided.

An amount of taxes paid by you while making payments for roku account or link activation will be a part of your service charge. Any kind of disturbance caused while the payment is in process, the internet is lost or payment is terminated, holds the right to re-bill the payment. Automatic renewal of subscriptions needs to be cancelled from your end. Remember, any kind of remainder subscription fee will not be refunded by us, if you are found responsible for the same. Any complaint by the users shall be governed by regulations under our refund policy. The refunds initiated from our end will be reflected in the user’s bank account automatically.
